Pasta is the main symbol of Mediterranean diet together with extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and legumes. An updated scientific literature explains that pasta is the right food to feed the planet, as revealed during the last World Pasta Day. From the field to the table, the environmental impact of the pasta is really low.
